Superconducting thin film
What is superconductivity?
This is a phenomenon in which the electrical resistance becomes zero when a certain special metal or compound is kept below a constant temperature. An application of superconductivity leads to practical applications in the field of energy transmission, high-efficiency data communication and linear motor cars as the most promising application in recent years.
Yttrium-related material in superconductivity is recognized as high temp. Superconductivity and easily handled and treated because of liquid nitrogen temp (-196 degrees). We have been studying Yttrium-related material.
Our superconducting thin film forming technology
Fusion with Factory Automation Technology
We have succeeded in development of double-sided simultaneous thin film forming technology placing more value on productivity, which makes the most of our own skillful design technology. (Patent Acquired)

Superconducting thin film forming equipment

Plasma in the chamber
Thin film to be formed through our own superconductivity thin film forming technology secures both mass productivity and characteristics, which can be thought to be the the highest level in the world.
