Professional model suitable for industrial use with 12 needles
The 12-needle single head embroidery machine HCS3 is the successor model of HCS2, which is as compact as HCH series.
But comes with heavy-duty drive systems and additional needles. The user friendly touchscreen control panel and compact body produce powerful performance with suppressed noise.
With all standard and optional major attachments, HCS is Happy’s long established model, providing high-quality work.
Cap Embroidery 10mm from Brim embroidery
Optional parts allow embroidery position 10mm from cap brim.
Vertical Laser Pointer for Embroidery
The dot laser marker, which was previously an option, is standard equipment, and it enables to irradiate directly from above by installing it on the 0th needle.It’s no longer necessary to adjust according to the thickness of the materials.
It can be changed to a cross laser as an option
Compact Cylinder Bed for Embroidery
The smaller cross-section of the cylinder bed enables to make embroidery on thinner things like sleeves of shirts.Bigger upper thread cone can be used
Upper thread cone with a diameter of 80mm can be set up, though only upper thread cone with a diameter of 60mm could be used previously.
