HAPPYJAPAN’S FLAGSHIP INDUSTRIAL MULTI-HEAD EMBROIDERY MACHINE
The new HCT series of multi-head cylinder-type embroidery machine is available with 2 to 12 heads. Equipped with a new 15-needle moving head, the HCT meets a wide range of needs, offering an embroidery field of 450 x 360 mm or450 x 500 mm.
Additionally , The newly developed small cylinder enables embroidery in narrow areas, such as the bottom of a pocket. This flagship model has evolved in terms of ease of use, achieving stable, high-quality stitching through digitalization, simplified threading, greater quietness and a keeperless design.

Enhanced threading
Reducing two threading steps which helps enhance workability,
In addition ,new presser foot has vertical hole in the back, making threading easier and enhance work efficiency.
Direct moving head
Smooth X-axis movement of the moving head
which enables the needle bar switching at double speed.
Reducing interference with flat brim cap
The shape of thread catcher part has been upgraded. This produces easier embroidering on flat brim cap.
Smaller cylinder arm without keeper
The new cylinder arm is much smaller than the current model. This enables to make embroidery on thinner tubes such as shirt sleeve or pocket and thread change smoothly with cylinder arm which has no keeper.
Shortens remaining thread embroidery
Remaining thread length on the back of the fabric has been shortened by 75%.
Simplified upper thread feeding embroidery
A stylish black antistatic tube is used in the upper thread feed section. The tube is connected directly above the upper thread cone, allowing the upper thread to be supplied to the thread tension section by air.

The machine automatically sets the presser foot height, the presser foot height can be digitally adjusted, and this provides stable embroidery availability for any operator.

Durability Enhancement
New durable enforced head
The new method with reinforced internal structure has been adopted for the head, improving durability.
New thickened frame connecting plate
The frame connecting plates have been updated thicker to increase durability and reduce vibration.
