HCU2 is the ultimate version of HappyJapan’s 15 needle embroidery machine with the highest operating speed of 1500rpm, the largest sewing field and many more features to enhance productivity.

Automatic Material Thickness Detection System
This function can suppress foot thumps much less than ever because HCU automatically senses a thickness of a material cloth and can adjust by itself.
Digital Controlling System
This digital controlling system makes pressure foots enabling a height adjustment by the touch control panel. HCU’s individual driving system for foot movements.
Smaller Cylinder Arm without Keeper
The new cylinder arm of HCU2 is much smaller than the one of previous model. This enables to make embroidery on thinner tubes such as shirt sleeves, pockets etc..
Bobbin can be changed easier by removing the keeper from previous models.
Original Knobs for Tubular Frame Arm
This original knob of HCU2 makes it possible to set up tubular frame arms without tools.
